I Love I Cry I Die

I loved you with all my heart.
I remember when we were young.
I love we had for each other was greater than anything in this world.
I remember further back when we were but children.
I remember our son as he played in the snow.
I thought this would never end.
I hoped this would last an eternity.
But the day came when I lost you both.
That was the worst thing I could ever experience.
It took you from me.
It showed no mercy.
It took your lives both so young.
That illness,
That cruel disease.
I sat by your bed,
crying as you died.
I wish it could have taken me too.
Spared me from the torment inside.
When you died my life turned to dust.
I hurt a great hurt for many years.
Weeping over your grave.
Until one day i tried to reunite us.
But you watched over me,
making sure I didn't die until my time came.
I then realized you were both in my hearts forever.
Then my day finally came.
When I was old and withered.
We were once again together forever.
