My music or sound does not work.
Sometimes other programs reserve the Windows sound system for themselves, and so prevent Furcadia playing sounds or music. Try closing all the other programs running, and then pressing CTRL-Y to reinitialize the sound.
You may also have set the sound or music off, make sure that the music and sound buttons in "E" tab have both a green background. If they don't, click them once.
Make sure that your speakers are turned on and that you have set the volume up.
If this doesn't help, close Furcadia and run the Furcadia Configuration and Troubleshooting utility.
Then select the "Music and sound" page from the tab list.
Try setting "Output Type" to "DirectSound".
Make sure "Output Driver" is set properly (you most likely have different drivers listed than the example picture does), the first item in the list is often the recommended one.
Press the "Save" button.
Try running Furcadia again.
