Furcadia is *NOT* a Continuity. That is, players may play as if it was one big world, but this is Persona Playing, and no other player is obligated to act as if the make- believe events have any significance at all. Furcadia does provide one Continuity for those who want to Roleplay, and that's the Dragonlands. However, there's no guarantee that anybody here will "play right" by your own personal standards, and for that, we recommend that you form, join, and cooperate with, a Chartered Guild.

To be Chartered, the guild must have a web page with a copy of their Charter, a leader, and at least ten members. The Charter outlines their Continuity, combat rules (if used), etc. Chartered Guilds usually include both the good and the bad guys of their Continuity. Members of a Chartered Guild agree to follow the Charter, and the Chartered Guild Rules.
