Can I be sure that purchasing through Digo Market is safe?

Yes, we use widely-accepted, secure payment services, which will process your payments. We only receive notifications of the completed money transactions, and will not even see your credit card number. If you do not feel comfortable with purchasing items via the Internet, our products are also available via mail order.

What is your privacy policy concerning the Digo Market?

The personal information (i.e. email address, shipping address, names, etc.) collected during ordering is kept very private and only used to process your order and for internal bookkeeping. What are Dragon Eye Production's mail-order requirements?

You can purchase your items via mail-order by filling out a shopping cart order, and then mailing in a payment. There's an option to "order through PayPal or mail", which will provide you with a proper invoice to print out and include with your mail order. If you don't have a printer, just write down the first ten digits of the order code (i.e. 4421190382 from 4421190382-BYEVOQNOLERZ) on the check or include it on a note.

If you would rather not go through the hassle of filling out an order through the shopping cart system (although, we must stress that this is preferred), we have provided our mailing address here. Please include a note indicating which item or items you're purchasing, and which Furcadia character name(s) it's for.

What currencies do you accept as payment?

We accept only U. S. Dollars at the moment. If you are paying your order via PayPal or CCNow this will not be a problem because the payment services will make the payments in U. S. Dollars and your credit card company will take care of the exchange rates for you and bill you in your local currency -- we welcome all international customers!

Please do not send us check or money orders in other currencies, we are unable to process them.

When is my PayPal order going to arrive?

All PayPal orders with Furcadia game items are activated within one to ten minutes of purchase. The mailed packages will be delivered as soon as possible.

When is my CCNow order going to arrive?

Since CCNow doesn't process payments as quickly and automatically as PayPal, orders can take anywhere from a few hours up to 1-3 days to activate. The mailed packages will be delivered as soon as possible after the activation. You can check the status of a pending CCNow order any time at here.

When is my mail order going to arrive?

Your order will be activated the same day we receive your mail. While the US Post Office does deliver most mail in a quick and timely fashion, sometimes letters do get delayed. If you send your mail by certified mail or express mail, they do provide you a tracking number you can use to track the letter. The mailed packages will be delivered as soon as possible after we receive your mail order.

Delivery time for mailed packages is estimated at 6-8 weeks, but may vary on international deliveries or depending on stock.

How do I cancel the subscription to my sponsorship?

Canceling your subscription will immediately stop all future-scheduled payments for this subscription.

  1. If you would like to cancel your subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" sub tab of the "My Account" tab. 

  2. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. You may need to choose the option "Within: The Past Year", too, if no subscriptions do show up.

  3. Choose this subscription by clicking on the "Details" link (this is the encrypted blue text link underneath the "Details" header, and next to the "Status"). You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription.

  4. Go down to the bottom of the page. There you will see a button called "Cancel this Subscription" - click this button and then click on it once more on the next page. Now your subscription is cancelled.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my Digo Market order?

If you have an inquiry concerning your order, please contact orders@furcadia.com. Please indicate whether you paid by PayPal, CCNow, or mail order. For PayPal orders, please indicate the email address you used on PayPal, and the transaction ID from PayPal's payment confirmation email they sent you, if you have it. For CCNow orders, please include the CCNow order number from the confirmation email. Also, please include your Digo Market Order Code (1234567890-ABCDEFGHIJKLMN) and Furcadia character name.

I ordered some roses, but they never appeared to my description?

We actually only sell rose-buds in Digo Market. These would-be roses, if you will, have to be activated before they appear to the description of a character. We do it this way, because most often our customers wish to actually hand out the roses to someone else! To learn how to give a rose to someone else or to yourself, click here.
