If you cannot connect to the game, please wait at least two days before contacting Technical Support. We apologize, but we cannot help you with connection problems if you are using a proxy or another third-party program to connect to Furcadia.

The more information you have filled out on this form, the better we can help diagnose the problems, so please fill it out as completely as possible. We will not share your name or information with anyone without notifying you. (occasionally we forward problems to the programmers or other game staff, as needed.)
