What should I do if nothing helps? 1. Try rebooting your computer. Strangely enough, this often helps. 2. Are you having sudden connecting troubles? Wait a few days, they may disappear just as suddenly as they came. 3. Check if you have PROXY.INI, SCPROXY.INI or SERVICE.INI files (may show as "proxy", "scproxy" and "service") in the Furcadia folder. If so, remove them. 4. Try running Furcadia from the directory instead of running from a shortcut. 5. Try logging in with an alternate character. 6. Try running the automatic problem solver. 7. Try changing your screen into 256-color mode (My Computer -> Control Panel -> Display -> Settings). 8. Read the Tech Support page and Beekin Help pages completely. 9. Try uninstalling, redownloading the Furcadia installer, and installing again. If none of the above helps, please e-mail Tech Support or the Beekin Bugge Hunters. Be sure to give an accurate description, detailing the problem or bug. |
