Annual Flowers

Flowers. The timeless beauty of nature comes to fruition for a brief blooming that lingers in the hearts and minds of all that experience them. What exactly is their allure? Is it the pop of color? The fragrant perfume? Perhaps it is their brevity--beauty that is temporary and glorious in its moment.

So how can we capture this beauty? With a little bit of Kasurian dewdrop magic, we have managed to shrink these beauties down to desctag size! Of course, such powerful draughts only allow this to happen one flower a month. However, their longevity will be extended for an entire year, to bloom in their prime, in your description!

Each flower has a special significance, and is attributed to a month known for its radiance and splendor. It is in this month that flowers are searched for and can be collected! For $4.99, one of these flowers can be yours for a whole year! Collect them all for a special prize!

Violet

February's flower is known for its deep shade of purple, being a color of wisdom and hope. It is said to be found in the gardenbeds of the most faithful. Its yellow center is a brilliant contrast to the purple petals, giving it an exotic and unique appearance.

Daffodil

Bright yellow and symbolizing change, daffodils are the perfect flower for the month of March. As the earth renews itself, so to does the daffodil. This flower is a sign of respect and unrequited love.

Sweet Pea

This delicate flower can be found in April, growing in shady areas and reaching for the sun. Sweet Peas are the model of simplicity and modesty, as they blush with pinks and purples.

Lily of the Valley

The sweet scent of the Lily of the Valley is part of the allure of these May flowers. These pure white bell-like flowers curl into themselves, giving a sense of gentle sweetness, humility, and chastity.

Rose

The time honored flower of love and appreciation, this bloom can be found in the month of June. Blood red in hue, the rose is heralded in many folk tales and legends as a flower of magic and love.

Larkspur

Many small flowers make up the full bloom of the purple- and blue-hued larkspur. Found in July, they remind us to allow levity and joy into our lives with their light and airy blooms. These flowers attract bumblebees and butterflies, making a party of color and delight.

Poppy

In August, we give pause with the bright red poppy. This is a flower of rememberance, often seen in the lapels of gentlefurres and in the hair of ladies. It is a flower that gently reminds us of yesteryear and nostalgia--the good ole' days and folks that are no longer with us.

Aster

Named by an ancient culture because of its resenblence to a star, the Aster flower can be found blooming in September. The aster takes its time in unfolding each petal and leaf, reminding us to have patience and understand the important things in life.

Calendula

Sunny yellow in appearance, the calendula is October's flower. It has a color beyond compare, and is a flower of grace and poise. Few flowers a quite as vibrant as the calendula, and it is a bright bit of loveliness as we head into the darker part of the year

Crysanthemum

November's bloom bursts with color and petals. The Chrysanthemum is known to be a flower of blossoming friendship and compassion, and is said to be a sign of secret love. There is much lore regarding these flowers being present at some of the most intregal points in a person's life!

Holly

The holly blossom is said to bear resemblance to the sweetness of whomever receives it as a gift. What a perfect flower for December, as holidays and chilly temperatures invite us all to be a bit warmer and more generous. Prickly, the holly reminds us to take our time and be mindful of all that we do.
