Description: This is a regular entry for the contest. One of my favorite parts of spring is the warm weather and light mists. Enough to wet the ground, but not enough to keep you out of the rain. Spring ideally is a burst of color and flowers, but in some cases it's drab and overcast. But this shouldn't discourage the adventurous furre or furling! This piece is to encourage others to get out there in some colorful rain boots and a fancy umbrella, and splash in some puddles, to celebrate spring!

Description: Each Furcadian Spring, the sun showers a single drop of golden sunlight upon the Kasurian ground. And from this small drop of sun, grows a magic, golden flower. It is within this very blossom where spring comes first in the world: a newborn Kitterwing. The Kitterfae born will begin to sing an enchanting melody of spring. This powerful melodic magic sprouts flower life, repaints the trees of brown to green, and reopens the eyes of all who were found in last Winter's sleep.
